WORVPI Partners with W4WDA

The Wisconsin Off-Road Vehicle Park, Inc. (WORVPI) and the Wisconsin Four-Wheel Drive Association (W4WDA) have formally partnered to work cooperatively to assure development of a Motorized Recreation Area (MRA) in Northern Wisconsin. The two groups recently signed a Memo of Understanding (MOU) outlining the details of their Partnership.

Signing on behalf of WORVPI was WORVPI President, John Schnorr. Sam Vandenburg, W4WDA President, signed on behalf of his organization. W4WDA is a non-profit group of motorized recreation enthusiasts representing full-size 4WD vehicles (trucks, Jeeps, etc.) here in the Badger State.

With Vandenburg’s signature, W4WDA has committed to assisting WORVPI with their Park Project. W4WDA assumes a position as a source of trail/park volunteers willing to be trained in trail development and maintenance procedures.

“This has been a great relationship. W4WDA has supported WIRVPI financially and this allow them to take that support to a higher level. Their membership represents a potential to increase the size and depth of our strong base of volunteers. These volunteers can help assure project completion with greatly reduced labor/development costs”, stated Schnorr.
