The Wisconsin Off-Road Vehicle Park, Inc. Houle Enterprises, founded by Forest County (Hiles) native Jesse Houle, is a diversified, full service civil engineering firm based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with additional locations in Crandon and Wausau.  Houle Enterprises offers the WORVPI project a combination of local understanding, detailed construction knowledge, and extensive design experience with off-road vehicle facilities, parking lots, transportation systems, storm water management, and environmentally sustainable features.  The firm’s deep roots in Forest County support an ongoing commitment to the success, beauty and sustainability of the area.  Houle Enterprises will apply its design expertise to developing an off-road vehicle park that enhances Forest County’s reputation as a north woods recreational destination while meeting environmental and natural resource conservation objectives.

In making the announcement, WORVPI President John Schnorr stated “A Forest County Off-Road Park should be developed using Forest County talent as much as possible.  Whenever possible, we would like to use local contractors and keep the business at home in the Northwoods.”

Houle Enterprises has already begun expanding upon research and analyzing areas within Forest County which WORVPI studies have previously identified as having the potential of being environmentally compatible with motorized recreational use.
